Zen Llamas teaches children mindfulness techniques to build mental health and inner strength.
We aim to help kids cope with stress, anxiety, and emotions by promoting mindful practices like Sandplay Therapy, Social-Emotional Learning, Yoga, and Meditation. The goal is to enhance mental health, resilience, and self-awareness for children to flourish mentally and spiritually.
